Construction Manager (CM)

Construction Schedule

A timeline outlining the sequence and duration of construction activities and milestones.

Delivery Method

The contractual structure defining how design and construction responsibilities are allocated, such as Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build.

General Contractor (GC)
